Welcome to Evolve! My name is Staci Ekblad and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor and Registered Play Therapist. I was born and raised in Williston but left to attend college at Minnesota State University Moorhead. My husband and I moved back shortly after I graduated with a Master's Degree in Community Counseling. Together my husband and I have four incredible kids that have been fortunate to grow up in our community as well. I have worked as a teacher and counselor since graduating in 2008. I enjoy working with both adult and children in my practice. In 2023, my husband and I created Evolve Therapy and Wellness with the vision to create a relaxing, homelike environment where practitioners could join together to support each other and meet the needs of their clients. We are so grateful to have such wonderful people to spend our days with!

My Name is Kelsey Lee and I am the office associate at Evolve Therapy and Wellness. I am from Kenmare, ND and came to Williston in 2008 to attend Williston State College where I graduated with a degree in Massage Therapy. I met my husband Ryan while attending college in Williston and we have four beautiful daughters. We love traveling, following our girls for sports and spending time at the lake!

Hello, I am Sarah Anderson, LCSW. I am  the clinical director and a therapist at Kaleidoscope Behavioral Health.  I grew up in Williston and obtained my bachelor's degree in Social Work from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and my Masters degree from the University of North Dakota.  I previously worked at PATH, a therapeutic foster care agency as a foster care case worker and supervisor and as a therapist with Pospishil and Associates.  I opened Kaleidoscope Behavioral Health in August of 2018 and provide services to pediatric clients.  My husband and I have been foster parents for four years and enjoy being a resource to children in our community.  I enjoy spending time with my family, participating in my children's activities and being active at my church.

Hello! My name is Erin Anderson, and I am a DNP working for Kaleidoscope Behavioral Health. I am a Williston Native who graduated from WHS in 2007.  I obtained a nursing degree from Regis University in Denver, CO where I then began my nursing career.  After a few years in Denver, I decided to travel nurse for a few years before deciding to come back home! I have been back in Williston for four years, and I am so happy to be back and working in the community. I enjoy spending time with my family and doing things with my many nieces and nephews. I am looking forward to offering more mental health services to our community and working alongside my sister, the owner of Kaleidoscope Behavioral Health.

Hello! I am Amy Haugen, LMSW, a therapist with Kaleidoscope Behavioral Health. I grew up in Williston and attended the University of North Dakota for my bachelor and master's degree in Social Work. I have over 15 years experience in working with adults, families, and youth through employment at Wilmac, Northwest Human Service Center, and Williams County Social Services. I have been with Kaleidoscope Behavioral Health for a little over a year and am loving providing therapeutic services to the people of western North Dakota and eastern Montana. I currently provide services to families, couples, adults, and children. I enjoy camping, baking, crafting, and spending time with my husband and four children. 

Hi, I am Danielle Cook, LPCC and I am a therapist in Williston, ND. I grew up in Miles City, MT

but have lived in Williston for the past 9 years. I obtained my BS in both Psychology and

Criminal Justice at Montana State University (Go Cats!) and MSU-Billings and my graduate

degree in Counseling from Walden University. I have been in the field of counseling since 2017

and opened my own practice in 2021. I love to spend time with my very busy family! We are

most likely to be spotted at a sporting event of any kind. I love traveling and experiencing new

places. I also love coaching and have been coaching tumbling for gymnastics, cheer, and dance

for 18 years!

My name is Hannah Rasmussen, I am a local SLP that has been providing speech and language therapy in Williston, ND for over five years. I initially provided speech and language therapy in a preschool setting with kids 3-5 years old as a SLP Assistant. I then went on to get my Master's degree and worked as a SLP completing evaluations and providing treatment for kids within the age range of 1-14. I love working with kids on a consistent basis helping them increase their communication skills through a variety of evidence-based approaches including child-led play-based therapy. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, cuddling my dogs, and traveling to warm places whenever possible.
